Hairdressors.com Business Terms of Service

Effective Date: 02/01/2024
Last Updated: 02/01/2026

These Business Terms of Service (“Business Terms”) govern access to and use of Hairdressors.com by businesses and professionals that create storefronts, advertise services, manage bookings, or receive payments through the platform.

By creating a business account, accepting these Business Terms, or using the business services, you agree to be legally bound by them.

  1. Who We Are

Hairdressors.com (“Hairdressors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online platform that enables independent beauty and personal-care professionals and businesses to establish digital storefronts, display services and prices, receive appointment bookings, communicate with customers, and access integrated payment functionality.

Hairdressors.com is operated by Imperial Business Holdings, a company incorporated in the State of California, with its registered mailing address at 4101 Dublin Blvd., Ste# F-423 (“Company”).

  1. Eligibility and Business Accounts

You may use the business services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are authorized to represent the business associated with your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current account and business information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Keep your business name, contact details, service descriptions, prices, availability, and policies accurate.
  • Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or misleading.
  • Ensure that each person accessing your account is authorized to do so.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

We may request identity, business registration, licensing, tax, bank-account, or other verification information where reasonably necessary for platform integrity, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing.

We may refuse, suspend, or restrict account access where legally permitted if verification is incomplete, information appears fraudulent, or continued access presents a material legal, security, or operational risk.

  1. The Platform and Its Services

Subject to your account type and applicable plan, Hairdressors.com may provide:

  • A digital storefront and business profile.
  • Service menus, descriptions, images, and pricing displays.
  • Appointment scheduling, booking management, and availability tools.
  • Customer communications and booking notifications.
  • Payment-processing integrations and transaction records.
  • Business administration, reporting, analytics, and promotional tools.
  • Additional features introduced from time to time.

Features, availability, fees, usage limits, and functionality may differ by subscription, geography, integration, or development stage.

We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue platform features, provided that any such action is handled in accordance with applicable law and any specific contractual commitments that apply to your account.

  1. Hairdressors.com Is a Technology Platform

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Hairdressors.com provides technology and marketplace services. It does not itself perform hairdressing, barbering, cosmetic, spa, esthetic, or other personal-care services offered by businesses on the platform.

You operate your business independently and are responsible for the professional services you offer and perform.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, Hairdressors.com is not your employer, partner, franchisee, joint venturer, or agent and does not control the professional judgment or day-to-day operations of your business.

Nothing in these Business Terms creates an employment relationship between Hairdressors.com and you or your personnel.

  1. Your Professional and Legal Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business and services comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, and consumer-protection obligations.

As applicable to your business, these responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining required professional, establishment, and operating licenses.
  • Ensuring that staff and contractors hold required qualifications.
  • Maintaining appropriate hygiene, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
  • Providing accurate descriptions of services, prices, duration, and material limitations.
  • Obtaining informed consent where required for treatments or procedures.
  • Complying with applicable health, cosmetic, product-safety, and advertising requirements.
  • Respecting consumer cancellation, refund, accessibility, and privacy rights.
  • Maintaining appropriate business, professional liability, and other insurance where required.
  • Complying with tax, employment, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Obtaining lawful permission to use images, trademarks, and other content displayed in your storefront.

You must not offer services you are not legally authorized or appropriately qualified to provide.

You remain responsible for the conduct of your employees, contractors, and other representatives in connection with your business.

  1. Storefronts, Listings, and Business Content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own and submit to Hairdressors.com, subject to the rights granted below.

You grant Hairdressors.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically adapt your submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve the platform and your storefront.

This license includes displaying your business name, logo, service descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, and other approved listing information to platform users.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to submit and use your content.
  • Your listings are accurate and not misleading.
  • Your content does not infringe third-party rights.
  • You have obtained any necessary permissions for identifiable individuals shown in your content.
  • You will promptly remove or correct content that becomes unlawful or inaccurate.

We may remove, restrict, or request changes to content that violates these Business Terms, applicable law, or our published platform policies.

We will not claim ownership of your trademarks or original business content solely because you display them on Hairdressors.com.

  1. Bookings and Appointment Management

You are responsible for maintaining accurate availability and managing appointments received through your storefront.

You agree to honor confirmed bookings, subject to the customer’s applicable cancellation rights, legitimate operational circumstances, and any lawful booking policy disclosed at the time of booking.

You must clearly disclose material booking conditions, including deposits, advance payments, cancellation windows, late-arrival rules, no-show charges, and rescheduling restrictions before a customer commits to a booking or payment.

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming and fulfilling appointments.
  • Providing the advertised service at the agreed price, subject to lawful and clearly disclosed changes.
  • Communicating material changes or cancellations promptly.
  • Handling service-related complaints and arranging any refunds or remedies for which you are responsible.
  • Keeping booking records accurate.

Hairdressors.com may provide automated reminders, notifications, and scheduling tools. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered or received without delay.

You must not manipulate availability, fabricate bookings, or use booking tools to mislead customers.

  1. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Hairdressors.com may facilitate payments through third-party payment service providers, payment processors, acquiring banks, or other financial technology providers (“Payment Providers”).

Hairdressors.com is not necessarily the payment processor, merchant of record, bank, or custodian of funds. The actual arrangement depends on the payment integration and the applicable agreements.

You agree to complete any onboarding, identity verification, business verification, bank-account verification, and other procedures required by Hairdressors.com or a Payment Provider.

You authorize the processing of transactions in accordance with the payment configuration and authorizations applicable to your account.

The following terms apply, as applicable:

  • Platform fees: Subscription charges, transaction fees, commissions, or other fees will be disclosed in the relevant pricing or commercial terms.
  • Processing fees: Payment Providers may charge additional fees under their own terms.
  • Payouts: Payout timing depends on the applicable payment arrangement, verification status, risk controls, banking systems, and Payment Provider rules.
  • Refunds: You remain responsible for service-related refunds and other amounts owed to customers, subject to applicable law and the agreed payment arrangement.
  • Chargebacks: You must reasonably cooperate with requests for evidence and dispute resolution. Applicable chargeback fees or losses may be allocated as provided in the relevant commercial and payment terms and applicable law.
  • Reserves and restrictions: A Payment Provider may delay, reserve, or restrict funds under its own agreement or applicable law. Hairdressors.com may restrict platform activity where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or compliance risks.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations unless a specific written agreement or applicable law assigns a particular obligation to Hairdressors.com.

You must not use the platform for unauthorized transactions, money laundering, fraudulent payments, or other prohibited financial activity.

Payment disputes involving the technical operation of the platform may be reported to Hairdressors.com. Disputes about the actual services provided remain primarily your responsibility, without limiting any rights customers may have against Hairdressors.com or other parties under applicable law.

  1. Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

You must publish clear, fair, and lawful cancellation and refund terms for your business.

Your policies must not remove or restrict non-waivable consumer rights. A customer’s statutory rights prevail over an inconsistent business policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any deposit, cancellation fee, late fee, or no-show fee is disclosed in advance, lawfully imposed, and supported by the applicable booking and payment arrangements.

Hairdressors.com may provide tools to configure or administer cancellation policies but does not guarantee that a particular policy is lawful or appropriate for your business.

We may suspend a payment or booking feature where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, a security incident, or a legal or payment-provider requirement.

  1. Business Plans, Subscriptions, and Charges

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees disclosed at checkout or in your applicable commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise disclosed, recurring subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

You authorize applicable recurring charges using your selected payment method.

Pricing changes will be communicated in advance where required by law or the applicable agreement. Any legally required consent to a price change or renewal will be obtained.

You may cancel your subscription using the available account controls or the method specified in your agreement. Cancellation takes effect as described in the applicable plan terms, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

  1. Customer Data and Privacy

You and Hairdressors.com may each process personal information in connection with bookings and platform use.

Each party is responsible for complying with privacy and data-protection laws applicable to its activities.

Depending on the activity, Hairdressors.com may act as an independent controller or business, or as a processor or service provider acting on your documented instructions. The applicable roles must be determined by the actual processing activities and governing law, not merely by the labels used in these Business Terms.

You must:

  • Collect and use customer information only for lawful, disclosed purposes.
  • Use customer contact details only as permitted by law and the customer’s permissions.
  • Obtain any consent required for promotional messages, marketing, or sensitive information.
  • Apply appropriate safeguards to customer information.
  • Limit staff access to information to legitimate business needs.
  • Honor applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, and other privacy rights.
  • Notify Hairdressors.com promptly if you become aware of a data breach involving platform data where notification is required by law or our applicable data-processing terms.
  • Comply with any applicable data-processing agreement.

You must not download, sell, disclose, scrape, or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes or unauthorized marketing.

Our processing of personal information is described in the Hairdressors.com Privacy Notice. Where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement will govern processing performed on your behalf.

  1. Intellectual Property and Platform License

Hairdressors.com and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, designs, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other platform materials, except for content owned by users or third parties.

Subject to these Business Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the business features during the term of your account for your legitimate business activities.

You must not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform outside the permitted use.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Circumvent security controls or access restrictions.
  • Interfere with platform operation or other users.
  • Use automated scraping or unauthorized data extraction.
  • Use Hairdressors.com intellectual property without permission, except as expressly authorized.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by Hairdressors.com to improve the platform without compensation, provided this does not transfer ownership of your underlying confidential information or intellectual property.

  1. Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform to:

  • Commit fraud or engage in deceptive business practices.
  • Advertise illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized services.
  • Post discriminatory, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate another business or misrepresent qualifications.
  • Manipulate reviews, bookings, payments, or search visibility.
  • Introduce malware or compromise platform security.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Circumvent applicable sanctions, financial restrictions, or payment-provider rules.
  • Collect personal information unlawfully.
  • Engage in conduct that materially harms customers, other businesses, or the integrity of the platform.

We may investigate reported violations and take proportionate action where legally permitted.

  1. Reviews and Customer Feedback

Where the platform supports reviews, you must not fabricate reviews, purchase deceptive reviews, threaten customers to obtain favorable reviews, or improperly suppress legitimate feedback.

You may respond professionally to reviews in accordance with applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

Hairdressors.com may moderate or remove reviews that violate published review rules or applicable law. We do not guarantee that every review is accurate, independently verified, or representative of every customer’s experience.

  1. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, booking technologies, communications providers, analytics services, identity-verification services, and social platforms.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, eligibility criteria, fees, and availability limitations.

Hairdressors.com is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for our own acts, omissions, contractual obligations, or legal duties.

Your use of third-party services may require a separate agreement directly with the provider.

  1. Beta Features and Experimental Services

Certain features may be identified as beta, preview, early access, experimental, or pre-release.

These features may be incomplete, change frequently, contain errors, or be discontinued. They may not have the reliability, functionality, support, security maturity, or compatibility of a generally released service.

You should not rely on beta features as the sole means of managing critical bookings, maintaining essential records, or completing time-sensitive transactions. Maintain appropriate independent records and backup procedures.

Beta features are provided subject to the limitations described in the Beta Program Disclaimer and any applicable mandatory legal rights.

We may modify or discontinue beta features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any express contractual commitments.

  1. Availability, Security, and Maintenance

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party outages, security incidents, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily restrict access to protect the platform, users, data, or payment systems.

You remain responsible for your own devices, internet connection, account security, business continuity, and backup arrangements.

  1. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account using the available account controls or by contacting [support email].

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, unlawful activity, fraud, security risk, non-payment, Payment Provider requirements, or a legal obligation.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before taking action.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends. Subject to legal retention obligations, applicable payment requirements, and any separate agreement, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-processing terms.

Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations, resolve customer disputes, or eliminate legal responsibilities arising before termination.

  1. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hairdressors.com and its officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your services, professional conduct, or business operations.
  • Your breach of these Business Terms or applicable law.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.
  • Your unlawful handling of customer information.
  • Your employment, contractors, premises, or business relationships.

This obligation applies only to the extent the relevant claim results from your acts, omissions, breach, or legal responsibility. It does not require you to indemnify Hairdressors.com for its own negligence, misconduct, or other liability where such allocation is prohibited by law.

We will provide notice of a claim where reasonably practicable and cooperate as appropriate. Any settlement imposing obligations on you requires your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.

We do not guarantee a particular number of customers, bookings, revenue, search ranking, business performance, or commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Business Terms guarantees the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services supplied by an independent business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated business opportunities, arising from these Business Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairdressors.com’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Business Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the platform fees paid or payable by you to

Hairdressors.com during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $1,188.00 yearly.

The foregoing exclusions and cap do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other mandatory statutory rights where applicable.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for Hairdressors.com’s own acts or omissions beyond what applicable law permits.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Business Terms to reflect changes in our services, security practices, legal obligations, or business operations.

We will provide notice of material changes where required by law or appropriate under the circumstances. Changes will take effect on the stated effective date, subject to any legally required notice or consent.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the affected services and terminate your account in accordance with these Business Terms, subject to outstanding obligations and mandatory legal rights.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Business Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent applicable.

The courts of [venue] will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory law and any valid dispute-resolution agreement.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions, unless urgent relief or another lawful procedure is necessary.

  1. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your account or these Business Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

These Business Terms, together with any applicable plan terms, payment terms, data-processing agreement, and policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Hairdressors.com regarding the business services.

  1. Hairdressors.com — Business Privacy Notice

Effective Date: 02/01/2024
Last Updated: 02/01/2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Hairdressors.com collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information relating to hairdressers, barbers, salon owners, spa operators, estheticians, their staff, and other business account users.

Hairdressors.com is operated by [full legal company name], referred to as “Hairdressors,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

  1. Scope and Our Privacy Roles

This Notice applies to personal information processed in connection with business registration, storefront administration, booking management, payments, support, and use of our business platform.

Depending on the activity, we may act as a controller or business determining how and why information is used, or as a processor or service provider handling information on behalf of a business customer.

For example, we may independently process business account details for account administration, fraud prevention, and platform security. Where a salon uses our tools to manage its customers’ bookings, we may process booking information on the salon’s behalf under the applicable service and data-processing terms.

The actual role depends on the relevant processing activity and applicable law.

  1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

Business account information

  • Name, business email, telephone number, and account credentials.
  • Business name, address, website, and contact details.
  • Professional or establishment license information where applicable.

  • Service menus, descriptions, prices, photographs, opening hours, and availability.
  • Business logos, marketing content, and profile information.

Transaction and billing information

  • Subscription plans, invoices, fees, payout status, and transaction records.
  • Payment-provider references and limited payment metadata.
  • Verification or financial information required by the relevant Payment Provider.

Full payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by a Payment Provider rather than stored by Hairdressors.com. The actual arrangement depends on the payment integration.

Technical and usage information

  • Device, browser, and operating-system information.
  • IP address, login activity, session data, and security logs.
  • Feature usage, error reports, and performance data.
  • Cookie and similar technology information, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Communications and support information

  • Support requests, feedback, correspondence, and information you provide when contacting us.
  • Reports concerning fraud, abuse, reviews, or disputes.

Customer information managed through your business account

If you use our booking and storefront tools, we may process information about your customers, such as names, contact details, appointments, booking notes, and transaction records, on your behalf or for our own legitimate platform purposes as described in the applicable agreements.

You should not enter sensitive personal information into booking notes unless the feature is specifically designed for it and you have a lawful basis to do so.

  1. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Create and administer accounts.
  • Operate storefronts, bookings, and platform features.
  • Facilitate payment processing and financial reconciliation.
  • Verify accounts and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Provide customer support and communicate service updates.
  • Send essential transactional and security notifications.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and applicable charges.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose technical issues, and improve functionality.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
  • Enforce our agreements and resolve disputes.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law and subject to applicable preferences and consent requirements.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent or identify another valid legal basis before processing personal information.

  1. Legal Bases for Processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on:

  • Contract: To provide services you request and administer your account.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, regulatory duties, or lawful requests.
  • Legitimate interests: To secure, maintain, improve, and administer our services, prevent fraud, and protect users, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: Where you have given consent for a specific purpose, such as certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
  • Other lawful bases: Where available under the applicable jurisdiction’s laws.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

  1. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with:

Service providers: Hosting, cloud storage, customer support, communications, analytics, security, and technical providers acting under appropriate contractual arrangements.

Payment and financial providers: Payment processors, banks, payout providers, fraud-prevention services, and identity-verification providers where necessary for the payment arrangement.

Customers and business users: Information necessary to display your storefront, process bookings, provide requested services, or communicate about appointments.

Professional advisers: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other advisers where necessary.

Authorities and legal recipients: Regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required or permitted by law.

Business transaction parties: Potential or actual buyers, investors, or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes merely because they provide services to us.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Whether a particular advertising, analytics, or data-sharing practice is treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under a specific privacy law depends on the actual practice and applicable legal definitions.

Any applicable opt-out rights will be made available as required by law.

  1. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you are located.

Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses, as applicable.

Details of relevant safeguards may be requested using the contact information below.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including account administration, service delivery, financial records, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely restrict it, subject to applicable legal retention obligations, legitimate dispute requirements, and technical backup cycles.

Closing a business account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all transaction, security, or legally required records.

  1. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, limiting account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess our legal obligations and notify affected parties or authorities where required.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of certain information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising practices where applicable.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy rights request where required.
  • Lodge a complaint with a relevant privacy regulator.

These rights are subject to applicable exceptions, including circumstances in which we must retain certain records or may lawfully refuse a request.

To exercise your rights, contact [privacy email]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Where we process customer data on behalf of a business, we may refer a request to that business or assist it in responding, as required by the applicable agreement and law.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, analyze platform performance, and support other disclosed purposes.

Where required, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be used only after the necessary consent has been obtained.

You can manage cookies through our cookie preference controls and, where available, your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect platform functionality.

A separate Cookie Notice or consent interface may provide further information about specific technologies and their purposes.

  1. Marketing Communications

We may send business-related updates, product announcements, and promotional communications where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the available unsubscribe mechanism or contact us directly. We may still send necessary transactional, security, legal, or account-related communications.

We will obtain consent where required and honor applicable marketing preferences and opt-out rights.

  1. Children’s Information

Our business services are intended for business users and professionals. They are not designed to solicit personal information directly from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us at [privacy email]. We will assess the matter and take appropriate action under applicable law.

  1. Third-Party Websites and Services

The platform may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. Those providers may collect and process information under their own privacy notices.

We encourage you to review the applicable privacy terms before using an external service. This Notice does not govern independent third-party processing outside our control.

  1. Changes to This Notice

  1. Hairdressors.com — Beta Program Disclaimer

Effective Date: 02/01/2026

Hairdressors.com may offer certain platform features, products, integrations, or services on a beta, preview, early-access, experimental, or pre-release basis (“Beta Features”).

By accessing or using a Beta Feature, you acknowledge the following terms.

  1. Experimental Nature

Beta Features are under development and may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or subject to frequent changes.

Features may contain bugs, experience outages, have limited functionality, or be incompatible with certain devices, browsers, payment providers, or third-party services.

  1. No Guarantee of Availability

Beta Features may be changed, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law and any express contractual commitments.

We do not guarantee that a Beta Feature will become a generally available product or retain its current functionality.

  1. Business Continuity

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate independent records and business-continuity procedures.

Do not rely exclusively on a Beta Feature for critical business operations, essential booking records, time-sensitive customer communications, or financial reconciliation.

Where practical, maintain separate records of confirmed appointments, customer commitments, and transactions.

  1. Booking and Payment Limitations

Beta booking features may display incorrect availability, fail to send notifications, or experience synchronization issues.

Beta payment-related features may be subject to additional processing, verification, settlement, reconciliation, or integration limitations.

A displayed booking status, payment status, or notification should not be treated as conclusive evidence of a completed transaction unless confirmed through the relevant system of record.

Actual payment obligations, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement rights remain governed by the applicable payment agreements and mandatory law.

  1. Data and Feedback

You should not submit unnecessary sensitive, confidential, or regulated information through experimental features.

We may request feedback about Beta Features and use feedback to evaluate and improve the platform, subject to our Privacy Notice and applicable confidentiality obligations.

Your participation does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property to Hairdressors.com.

  1. Security and Compatibility

Although we may implement safeguards, Beta Features may not have the same maturity, compatibility, support, or operational resilience as generally available services.

You should use reasonable caution when granting permissions, connecting external accounts, or testing integrations.

Report suspected security incidents or material errors to [support/security email].

  1. Support and Service Levels

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Beta Features are not covered by a guaranteed uptime commitment, service-level agreement, or guaranteed response time.

We may prioritize fixes and updates at our discretion, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beta Features are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business purpose.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes statutory rights, mandatory consumer or business protections, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Relationship With Other Terms

This Disclaimer supplements the Hairdressors.com Business Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and applicable payment terms.

If there is a conflict concerning payment processing, privacy, or a mandatory legal obligation, the applicable payment agreement, privacy terms, or mandatory law will prevail for that issue.

  1. Contact

Questions or reports about Beta Features may be sent to support@hairdressors.com

Customers should direct service-specific questions and concerns to the relevant business, without limiting any rights or remedies they may have against Hairdressors.com under applicable law.
